Our website started life with the aim is to provide a fast and
efficient service to our customers with quality fun products. We operate from industrial premises just outside Cambridge where we keep large stocks of our products. You are more than welcome to visit us and view most of our goods.
Terms & Conditions
- Standard UK delivery on our products is approx. 3-5 working days.
- Our office hours are 9am- 5pm GMT Mon - Fri.
- Orders may be made through our website, by phone, fax, post or by
visiting our premises.
- We accept payment by cheque, postal orders and most major credit and
debit cards. (Please do not send cash in the post).
- All items come with a 30 day money back guarantee if you are at all
dissatisfied (subject to being unused and returned in original packaging).
Please note we cannot refund postage & packaging charges in this situation.
- Any breakages must be reported within 3 days of receipt of goods.
- Please call us if you have any special delivery requirements..
- We cannot be held responsible for any further delivery or customs
charges incurred once the goods have left our premises.
- The statutory rights of the consumer are not affected by the terms of
our service.
- All of our prices are exclusive of VAT. Our VAT number is 573 0188 43
- Unless otherwise stated all products are covered by a 12 month warranty.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order without notice.
- Where deliveries are made and there is no one to sign for it we reserve
the right to charge delivery again.

Our returns policy
Barmans carefully selects its products and hopes you will be happy with your
purchase. However there may be times when you feel you need to return an item to
us.
Unwanted Item/s
If within 30 days of ordering you are unhappy with your item/s you may return
them to us.
Please make sure that any item/s are in original packaging and unused.
We will refund any monies for the item/s only, minus a restocking charge of 25%
would apply. Any postage charges incurred for the return of or for sending of
the item/s cannot be refunded.
Faulty Item/s
In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty item/s from us, please email
us returns@barmans.co.uk within 3 days
of receipt and return to us at the address below and we will arrange a refund or
replacement and credit your postage.
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for goods in transit whilst being
sent back to us.
Please obtain proof of posting (Recorded Delivery) from you Post Office.
